A teaser poster we created for Movie Night, an indie horror flick coming soon from Mayhem Films.

We're excited to introduce our latest designs for the indie short horror flick Burn In Hell!  by 16 year old filmmaker Joshua Bruce. In a small town, gruesome killings have been plaguing the townspeople. Bodies are found torn apart and eaten. The authorities have no leads. After the death of his best friend, a young high-school football player, Brad, seeks out the help of local priest Father Damian, who is slaughtered by the killer before disclosing any information of the killings. The killer, revealed as the demon Beelzebub, sets out on a vicious killing spree to consume a steady supply of human blood in order to maintain a physical form. Brad recruits metal-head/stoner kid D.O. to assist him in his hunt for Beelzebub. Guided by the deranged, one-eyed demon hunting priest Father Lewis, the trio set out to rid their town of the evil demon, eventually leading them straight to hell.

The film stars, Kenny Geiger, Joshua Bruce, Ken Brotis, Zack Sabat, Dylan McLarnon, also featuring Ming Chen, Michael Zapcic, and Rob Bruce of Comic Book Men. Burn in Hell!  is set to release spring 2013.

My awesome brother got me one of the raddest toys ever!

Celebrating the release of Django Unchained, we're putting on a Quentin Tarantino art show at the Houston Alamo Drafthouse during the month of December. Above are some of the pieces we created that will be on display. More photos and pieces coming soon.

Portraits include a new or retro style look, super action poses, cheesy plastic seams, small screws and bolts for joints, sweet weapons, and some rad personalized accessories. Portraits are painted in acrylic on wood. Prices start at $150 + shipping for singles, and $200 + shipping for a double portrait (this means: you + sidekick, you + villain, you + another hero/heroine, you + a robot, or whatever). Sizes may vary due to the style of action figure. Batteries not included.

Something new by Mike. 

We are so honored and excited to be even a small part of our favorite show on television, Comic Book Men. Mike designed the rad tattoo for Bryan Johnson of his adorable niece, Sage. And the tattoo looks so freakin' awesome! Kudos to the tattoo artist for doing a fantastic job. Such a wonderful moment when Bryan and Sage were together talking about it at the end of the episode. Both my brother and I had watery eyes. 

A warm and hearty thanks to Bryan, Walt, Ming, Mike, Q, Kevin, Suzanne and Sagey for your love of art and for letting us make you into Bom-bies.

Recently we came across an awesome blog posting by Artful Artsy Amy, a middle school art teacher that developed a lesson plan for her students inspired by Mike's Picasso Superheroes series. 

I'd like to say that Mike and I do want we do because of people like Amy. Growing up, we both had wonderful teachers, mentors and great support from our family that always encouraged us to develop our talents. 

We want say thank you to Amy for being a super teacher to your students and to us. And a big super-duper THANK YOU to all of the students for sending us photos of their amazing artwork. We are truly honored to be apart of your creative circle.
