This weekend the Alamo Drafthouse in Houston premiered a double feature of Best Worst Movie a documentary about Troll 2, the worst movie ever made, then followed it up with the 1989 mega flop Troll 2. We went to this feature never before seeing Troll 2 and unaware of it's cult phenomenon. Having said that, we left the theater fans of both movies. This is one of the best documentaries ever. It screams "Hey look at me, I'm awesome and Troll 2 sucks". In between films, the people with Awesome People Meet-up Group (event host) gave out a few prizes and surprised the audience with a live Q & A video chat via Skype with George Hardy, the star of both films. George is an awesome guy. He made us all laugh and gave us some great dental hygiene tips. George, you are super cool in my book. The Q & A was the highlight of the night.

Here's a clip of George calling Darren "Oh my God" Ewing and doing their famous lines from the movie. After the Q & A we were giving the grand opportunity of finally watching Troll 2. A cinematic wonder about a family and their troubles with vegetarian goblins (and not Trolls). We highly recommend both movies. Be sure to watch it with friends. You'll enjoy it more. Best Worst Movie was directed by Michael Paul Stephenson (child star of Troll 2) and is set to be released in November 2010. The Wonderbros attended the live Smodcast and Tell 'Em Steve-Dave event on Thursday, July 29th at the Alamo Drafthouse, Houston, TX. Podcasters included Kevin Smith, Scott Mosier, Walt Flanagan, Bryan Johnson and Brian Quinn. A Kevin Smith themed art show was also featured with works by some very talented artist and Wonderbro, Mike Esparza. We would like to thank everyone at the Alamo Drafthouse for putting on another great event. Thank you to Kevin and Scott for making us laugh. And a very special THANKS to the guys with Tell 'Em Steve-Dave: Bryan, Walt and Brian for being so awesome. You guys really made the evening unforgettable.

Weekend of May 7th, in celebration of the release of Iron Man 2, the Alamo Drafthouse hosted an all superhero themed art show. Submissions from some very talented artist were featured in the gallery including the Wonderbros.

The official Tron Legacy teaser trailer debuts. This is one movie I am very jazzed about seeing this year (besides Iron Man 2 of course). Totally brings back the memories of being a kid again. I remember my seeing the original movie with my brother Mike and begging my mother to take us to Toys 'R' Us to buy some toys. I'm sucker for neon lights, digi-motorcycles and flying frisbees. Enjoy!
